About the Role

Join ModMed, a leading healthcare IT company modernizing medical practices with specialty-specific cloud software, as a Support Specialist I. You will deliver exceptional software support to our growing client base of EMR users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and document client needs and issues.
  • Answer incoming inquiries and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Educate clients and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Establish procedures for client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams for problem resolution and escalation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience handling 25+ inbound calls per day.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications; EMR experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Apple platforms including Mac, iPad, and iOS devices.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools such as Zen and Jira.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
