About the Role
Join ModMed, a leading healthcare IT company modernizing medical practices with specialty-specific cloud software, as a Support Specialist I. You will deliver exceptional software support to our growing client base of EMR users.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and document client needs and issues.
- Answer incoming inquiries and troubleshoot software issues.
- Educate clients and follow issues through to resolution.
- Establish procedures for client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams for problem resolution and escalation.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience handling 25+ inbound calls per day.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications; EMR experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Apple platforms including Mac, iPad, and iOS devices.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Zen and Jira.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
