Overview
Modivcare is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Transportation Provider Network who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transportation provider network including development, contracting, credentialing, onboarding, and readiness. The role emphasizes national consistency, market responsiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation Provider Development and Management: Oversee regional TP leaders and drive recruitment, retention, and performance monitoring. Establish KPIs for network health.
- Credentialing and Virtual Inspections: Lead credentialing, recredentialing and virtual inspection operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and ADA standards.
- Centralized Contracting: Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and operations to develop centralized contracting frameworks and harmonize terms and SLAs.
- TP-Facing Operational Readiness: Manage onboarding, training, and engagement processes with operational teams.
- Leadership and Oversight: Build a high-performing team, drive data-informed decisions, manage departmental budgeting, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, along with over 12 years of experience in transportation, operations, or healthcare network management. A minimum of 8 years of senior leadership experience is required. Additional expertise in strategic planning, regulatory compliance (including ADA and Medicaid), and vendor management is essential.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary ranges from $159,900 to $215,900 with bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
