Job Purpose
Assist in the execution of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive growth, maintain brand consistency, and support the development of the category/brand.
Key Accountabilities
Brand Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans. Support category portfolio management for visibility and consistency.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all channels.
Market Insights: Conduct market and consumer research, monitor competitors, and provide strategic insights.
Brand Activations & Events: Assist in planning and executing activations, events, and experiential marketing activities.
Procurement & Vendor Management: Support sourcing and coordination with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials.
Digital Marketing: Contribute to social media, website, and digital campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
Agency Coordination: Liaise with creative and marketing agencies to ensure brand compliance and campaign success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and digital teams for seamless campaign execution.
Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare performance reports and support brand budget tracking under supervision.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in brand marketing, product marketing, or related functions.
Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English at an advanced level.
