Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster

Your Role
As a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster, you will serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure claims including catastrophic injuries, fatalities, and litigation. You will manage claims through to conclusion, including trials and mediations, while collaborating with defense counsel on negotiation strategy. You may handle additional specialized lines or catastrophe claims.
Your Work
- Handle complex 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases.
- Investigate, manage and negotiate claims including litigation and settlement decisions.
- Provide direction to defense counsel and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Conduct investigations including witness interviews and evidence review.
- Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, trials and depositions.
- Mentor and train other adjusters.
Required Experience, Education, & Skills
- 6+ years of claims experience with a focus in Commercial Casualty claims.
- 3+ years in a Casualty claims role with litigation complex experience.
- BA/BS in business, insurance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Must hold or obtain necessary Adjuster licenses for applicable states within 90 days.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
