About the Role

• Product design, development, and tracking of the product lifecycle from design to manufacturing integration.
• Responsible for the qualifying/control tests of products in the existing product portfolio.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the results of qualifying tests for alternative materials and components.
• Collection and analysis of manufacturing reject and warranty data.
• Updating and maintaining documentation.
• Liaison with other departments and partners.
• Participation in the design and development of phone cases, accessories, and packaging.
• Creation of 3D models for components and assemblies, and technical documentation.
• Support internal process surveys/developments and quality improvement projects.

What You'll Bring

• User-level knowledge of 3D design software (Inventor/Fusion 360 is an advantage).
• Intermediate English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks precisely and accurately.
• Creative thinking, knowledge of product design and PLM processes.

Bonus Points

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a technical field (product design, polymer technology, material technology, manufacturing), but recent graduates are also welcome.
• Knowledge of the injection molding process.
• Professional experience in quality assurance.
