About Mobileye's Information Systems Department

As an Information Systems Implementation Engineer Temporary, you will join Mobileye's Information Systems department. The team gathers business requirements and is responsible for new implementations, developments, and system support. You will identify knowledge gaps and manage training and development programs for employees and business customers.

Job Responsibilities

You will work closely with various teams at Mobileye including software, safety, products, project managers, and operations. Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Manage and administer requirement/asset systems including workflows, user accounts and permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, and project creation.
  • Collaborate with teams to define business processes and consolidate requests and needs.
  • Provide end-user coaching, training, and support, maintain training documentation and manage ticket queues.
  • Offer technical and process solutions and evaluate alternate options.
  • Lead system changes and deploy new requests and fixes.
  • Develop efficient dashboards and live reports for added value.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A BS.c in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as an application admin in implementation, configuration, design, and execution of information systems.
  • High self-learning ability and capacity to work independently and in a team.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Ability to present technical information across all levels and manage E2E projects including scheduling and reporting.
