Overview

As a Solution Architect, Power Platform & D365, you will lead solution design and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, translating complex business challenges into scalable, intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Leadership: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Customer Service and Field Service solutions. Define scalable and secure solution architectures leveraging Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Copilot, and AI Builder. Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s Success by Design methodology and MNP Digital’s delivery framework.

Project Delivery: Provide architectural oversight across multiple projects ensuring quality and performance. Guide clients through discovery, blueprint, implementation, and go-live stages. Support project estimation, scoping, and resource planning while managing solution integrity and risk.

People & Practice Leadership: Mentor and empower team members to achieve technical excellence. Support design reviews, client workshops and contribute to developing reusable assets and internal training.

Business Development & Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with Director, CTO, and CIO levels. Collaborate on proposals, demos, and pre-sales activities while contributing to thought leadership at industry events.

Skills and Experience

Required: 7–10 years in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Demonstrable leadership in end-to-end solution delivery, strong Power Platform and Azure expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred: Experience with Customer Insights – Data, Contact Center, and Copilot/AI integration. Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-600, MB-210/230/260, AI-900) and eligibility for Government of Canada clearances.
