MLabs is transforming modern workplaces for hybrid work with a global software platform that manages visitors, desks, and deliveries in over 20,000 locations. Backed by top-tier VCs, their Workplace division is the fastest-growing revenue stream.
The Senior Software Engineer, Admin Platform Backend will join the AMP team to build enterprise-grade features such as SCIM sync, Custom Roles, and SSO tailored for large customers (1000+ employees). This role is key to driving revenue boosts and overcoming architectural challenges at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement enterprise-grade services with backend excellence.
- Lead engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain quality, security, availability, and performance of services.
- Respond to incidents, resolve bottlenecks, and fix bugs quickly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ship new features for large enterprises.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction.
- Ensure best practices through peer-reviews, CI, and automated testing.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6-7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong backend focus with flexibility to work across the stack.
- High standards in code quality and engineering practices.
Additional Information
Salary: $190K - $205K | Equity: Competitive Equity available.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office in Seattle, WA; Monday–Thursday).
