Associate - User Task PMO at Mizuho

Your Key Roles & Responsibilities Include:

Training

  • Plan and coordinate training across different workstreams and countries.
  • Develop and maintain the user training plan including scheduling, progress tracking, and completion reporting.
  • Create user training materials and operation manuals.
  • Coordinate with business units to ensure users are prepared for training, testing, and release.
  • Monitor migration progress with dashboards and reports.
  • Evaluate training results effectively.

Other User Tasks

  • Develop plans for Business Rehearsal, Customer Relation, Operation Procedure Creation, and BCP Creation.
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM.
  • Manage progress, issues, and risks of assigned tasks.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships including executive management.

Requirements

  • Experience in core banking system projects: transaction processing, accounting, etc.
  • Experience coordinating end-user training and tracking completion.
  • Proven planning and control experience in user tasks such as training, business rehearsal and BCP creation.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or IT preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes.
  • PMP certification or equivalent advantageous.
