Now, we are extending this success to the B2B sector, building our function from the ground up, and this Inbound Sales Representative and SDR role is crucial to our expansion.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative and SDR to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, qualifying leads, and ensuring consistent, strategic follow-up to secure new business. Your persistence and dedication to winning will allow you to make a significant impact from day one.
Inbound Sales Responsibilities
- Own the full inbound lead cycle, from the first interaction to the closed deal.
- Execute rapid, intelligent, and consistent follow-up strategies.
- Conduct Zoom calls to qualify customers, understand their specific needs, recommend appropriate plant solutions, and close sales.
- Maintain a meticulously organized sales pipeline to prevent any opportunities from slipping.
- Employ creative tactics to advance stalled deals through the pipeline.
Outbound / SDR Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential business clients.
- Initiate outbound communications through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and innovative experimental outreach.
- Rigorously qualify outbound leads to transform them into genuine sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and either close smaller deals independently or seamlessly transition larger opportunities.
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and sales sequences based on performance data.
Team and Process Contribution
- Play a key role in developing early-stage sales processes, playbooks, and necessary tools.
- Provide valuable feedback on process improvements, identifying successes and areas for change.
- Contribute significantly to building a robust B2B sales engine, moving beyond simply processing leads.

- Exceptional English communication skills, crucial for building rapport, addressing objections, and effectively persuading US-based customers.
