Project Manager at Mittera Group Inc
Mittera is currently seeking a Project Manager to serve as a liaison between our customers and the various areas of expertise across our company. The role involves handling client requirements, coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors, and managing project timelines and schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand customer-specific processes
- Process orders and monitor schedules for on-time delivery
- Act as liaison between clients, management, and production teams
- Coordinate production, scheduling, and client communications
- Investigate client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Back-up team members when necessary
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years of experience, is well organized, proficient with Microsoft products, and possesses strong communication skills. A high school degree or equivalent is required; an associate degree or related certificate is preferred. Ability to work in stressful situations and meet deadlines is essential.
