As the Lead .NET Developer - Workflow Automation, you will spearhead the modernization of our enterprise workflow solution used by some of the world’s largest companies. You will lead the Transformation Team, combining technical leadership with hands-on development in a .NET and Azure environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Write exemplary code and explain your process.
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Advocate best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor: Guide and mentor a talented team of developers.
  • Modernize Existing Systems: Improve codebase performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Embrace AI Tools: Leverage modern AI tools and agents for enhanced productivity.
  • Architect Solutions: Participate in discussions and propose long-term improvements.
  • Automate Everything: Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Balance Debt and Delivery: Manage technical debt while meeting timelines.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

About You

You are a problem solver, technically excellent, and a mentor with leadership skills. You thrive on improving and modernizing systems, are data-driven, and innovative with AI tools. Your experience in refactoring and delivering results in complex enterprises stands out.

Requirements & Skills

  • 8+ years in software development with expertise in C# using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms.
  • Strong web development and API creation experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with git workflows, containerization (Docker), and SQL Server performance tuning.
  • Proven ability to modernize systems while balancing technical debt and delivery.
