Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Analyst/Operator to join our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC). This role involves 24/7 monitoring of global events, basic risk assessment, incident response, crisis communication, and travel risk management. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding company assets, personnel, and travellers by providing timely and accurate information and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 Monitoring: Continuously monitor worldwide events in real-time using social media, open-source information, and proprietary services to identify and assess threats to company assets, office locations, and travellers.
  • Basic Risk Assessment: Support senior analysts in evaluating risks, providing insights and early warnings on emerging incidents.
  • Incident Response and Crisis Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for safety and security incident intake and escalation. Respond to calls on the 24/7 hotline, manage crisis situations, and ensure prompt escalation. Synthesize data to compose accurate and timely communications for stakeholders, utilizing a mass notification system for crisis events.
  • Travel Risk Management: Assist in managing communications with clients and travellers regarding travel security and risk prevention.
  • Research & Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of risk reports and assessments, ensuring their timely delivery to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in GSOC operations, threat intelligence, risk analysis, intelligence analysis, or related fields.
  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in political science, international relations, security studies, intelligence studies, economics, crisis management, or related fields.
