Role Summary
In a context of hyper growth, we are looking for versatile recruiters who have experience hiring across multiple functions: GTM (Sales, Solutions Architect, Pre-sales) as well as corporate functions (ideally Engineering as a minor). This is a contract role for a minimum of 3 months, ideally based in SF/NYC but open to remote candidates.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
- Develop and own search strategies, delivering research against those strategies for searches across various business/corporate and potentially technical functions (GTM, Partnership, Sales, Corporate, Engineering).
- Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Identify, attract, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Dive deep into data and root cause issues.
- Proactively identify and solve problems.
- Help improve our process, documentation, tooling, and talent market intelligence.
- Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
About You
- Autonomous and self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
- Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.
- Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment for fast-paced, demanding environments.
- No ego and highly committed to deliver.
- Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on work.
- Ideally, you have a track record of recruiting for both business & tech roles.
- Ideally, you have experience hiring for Enterprise software companies.
- Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter, and understanding of new markets, areas, roles, and business initiatives.
- Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
- Professional brand of personal accountability, drive, work ethics.
