Working as a Senior Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for planning and executing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, managing a diverse team and guiding client relationships to deliver stellar results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' online marketing, advocacy and technology needs.
- Design innovative digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional teams across email, web, social media, and search.
- Analyze client KPIs ensuring maximum ROI of digital campaigns.
- Provide strategic marketing planning, revenue forecasting, and budgeting.
- Support business development and participate in new business pitches.
- Maintain top-quality service with regular reporting and invoicing.
Qualifications
Must-have: 3-7 years agency or nonprofit experience in digital communications, fundraising and marketing, client management experience, ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, familiarity with eCRM platforms (NGP, EveryAction, Salesforce, Convio Luminate) and a passion for making the world a better place.
Nice-to-have: Background in email marketing and/or website technologies.
Salary & Benefits
Expected Salary: $77,000 per year.

Work Environment
This role is remote with no return to office date, available to candidates residing in multiple US states. Occasional nights and weekends support may be required during high-volume periods.
