As an Associate Project Manager, you will transform millions of data points into opportunities for change, supporting efforts from electing Democrats to combating climate change.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the logistical process of client purchases from The Digital Co-Op.
• Coordinate custom technological integrations between nonprofit/political CRM databases and enterprise tools like JIRA.
• Oversee product operations and delivery of data product suites.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring positive client experiences.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Passion for progressive and philanthropic causes.
• Proven technical project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and nontechnical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and error minimization process design.
• Initiative and good judgment to resolve issues.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofits, political campaigns, or direct marketing agencies.
• Interest or background in coding/analytics.
• Experience working with data or machine learning products.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is 70,000 per year. This position is union-represented and subject to collective bargaining terms. Benefits include 100% employer-paid platinum-level health plan premiums, life insurance, short-term disability, vision and dental coverage at 50%, a 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, generous paid time off, parental leave, and additional perks such as cell phone reimbursement and company-issued Mac products.

Work Location

This is a remote role. Applicants may reside in select states including AZ, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, and WI.
