How You'll Contribute
You will:
- Call the provided leads to schedule Zoom meetings with clients
- Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and build solid relationships
- Collaborate with your manager to set clear objectives and meet them through focused effort

- Have a passion for helping others
- Hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (assistance provided if needed)
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a background in sales or customer service (desirable but not essential)
- Have a laptop or computer (not tablet or Chromebook) and basic computer literacy
- Reside primarily in Canada or the US and be fluent in English (not hiring in Quebec)
