Why This Role Matters
This full-time remote position offers flexible work hours and ample opportunities for advancement into management roles. You will work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. Must have a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English. Note: We are not currently hiring in Quebec.
How You'll Contribute
You will call the leads provided to schedule Zoom meetings with clients, present benefit programs to enroll new clients, and grow solid relationships. You will also work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals, achieving them through focused effort.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Be coachable and willing to acquire new skills.
- Have a passion for helping others.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided if needed).
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a sales or customer service background is a plus.
- Own a laptop or computer (not tablet or Chromebook) and meet basic computer literacy requirements.
- Maintain a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English. (Not hiring in Quebec)
