About the Role

The AI Strategist Lead will own high-impact client engagements end-to-end. Partnering with a senior technical lead, you will guide multidisciplinary teams of engineers and researchers to deliver and scale AI-native workflows that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex client engagements from discovery to scale-up.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and craft AI adoption roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define scope and iterations.
  • Drive change-management and design sustainable workflows.
  • Define success metrics and measure impact through dashboards.
  • Synthesize complex ideas into clear narratives for executives.
  • Mentor team members and standardize repeatable approaches (AI Sprints).

What Makes You a Great Fit

You should have 8+ years of experience in consulting, product, strategy, or program leadership with proven AI and executive stakeholder management skills. Fluency in generative-AI concepts and a strong analytical mindset are required. Experience in industries like retail, hospitality, logistics, healthcare/pharma, or financial services is a plus.
