About Mission.dev

Mission is a platform for hiring, vetting and managing software development talents. It enables our clients to connect with the world’s best talent to build mission-critical software products.

About the Client

A leading provider of home and alternative-site infusion services in the U.S., with a nationwide team of healthcare professionals. The organization focuses on delivering high-quality care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, leveraging clinical expertise and innovative practices to enhance the infusion experience for patients, clients, and employees.

About the Role: Palantir Engineer

This position requires U.S. work authorization; only U.S. citizens or permanent residents will be considered.

This role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining applications on the Palantir Foundry platform, with a strong emphasis on system and data integrations. You will work closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to connect multiple data sources, configure Foundry applications, and deliver user-facing solutions. The role is application- and integration-focused rather than pure data engineering or ETL development.

  • Integrate data from multiple internal and external systems into Foundry
  • Build and configure Foundry pipelines and application logic using Python and SQL
  • Configure and enhance user interfaces, dashboards, and workflows for end users
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Foundry applications
  • Work with data models and ontology concepts to support application use cases
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation
  • Manage platform configurations, user access, and authorization settings
  • Support data quality checks and governance processes as part of application delivery

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience working with the Palantir Foundry platform
  • Strong experience integrating data and systems within Foundry-based solutions
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for application logic and data interaction
  • Experience building and maintaining Foundry applications using tools such as Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Ontology, and Workshop
  • Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

Nice to Have
