About the role

This Junior Data Analyst position is ideal for someone with strong Excel proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working in structured, data-intensive environments. You will be provided with strong training materials and a clear onboarding process to ensure your success within a company that values its team.

The ideal candidate is responsible for importing, validating, reconciling, and quality-checking large datasets to ensure accurate and seamless partner transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, transformation, and conversion for partner onboarding
• Import and reconcile large datasets (100k+ rows) across multiple source systems
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
• Conduct post-import QA and validation checks to ensure data integrity
• Generate reports and maintain documentation related to data transfers
• Manage multiple onboarding projects while maintaining high accuracy
• Collaborate closely with the US-based Implementation team to ensure smooth partner transitions
• Contribute to improving internal documentation, workflows, and training materials

What Success Looks Like

• Accurate, timely completion of partner data transfers
• Ability to independently manage imports and reconciliations after ramp-up
• High data quality with minimal rework or error rates
• Clear and proactive communication with internal cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, implementation, or onboarding roles
• Advanced Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • INDEX-MATCH
  • Large dataset reconciliation (100k+ rows)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently within a small team structure
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working with at least 4 hours of EST overlap
• Ability to quickly learn structured processes and adhere to defined procedures

During the vetting process, you will be required to complete an excel validation set before meeting with the client
