Service Technician

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting repairs.
  • Handle appliance maintenance, exterior structures, and pool upkeep.
  • Conduct general inspections and identify potential issues.
  • Apply a proactive, can-do mentality to solve maintenance challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing best practices.

Requirements: Strong customer service, organizational skills, and a willingness to collaborate. Maintenance skills in multi-family properties are preferred. Certifications like CPO and EPA are a plus. You must hold a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, and your own set of tools.
