The Day-to-Day

As a Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents regarding leases, maintenance, and engagement
  • Maintaining effective communication via multiple channels
  • Leasing and pre-leasing apartment homes while ensuring compliance
  • Conducting community tours in various weather conditions
  • Ensuring quality and presentation of the community and apartment homes
  • Assisting with resident retention, events, and renewals
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain community standards

Requirements

Candidates should bring:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Enthusiasm for empathetic and collaborative engagement
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
  • Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Suite
  • Property Management experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
