The Day-to-Day
As a Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents regarding leases, maintenance, and engagement
- Maintaining effective communication via multiple channels
- Leasing and pre-leasing apartment homes while ensuring compliance
- Conducting community tours in various weather conditions
- Ensuring quality and presentation of the community and apartment homes
- Assisting with resident retention, events, and renewals
- Collaborating with team members to maintain community standards
Requirements
Candidates should bring:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Enthusiasm for empathetic and collaborative engagement
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Suite
- Property Management experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent
