Your Opportunity as Operations Document Specialist

Mission Australia Housing is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Document Specialist who can turn complex requirements into clear, practical, and accessible operational content. This role ensures all documentation aligns with organisational standards, housing sector regulations, and relevant legislation. You will work closely with tenancy management, asset management, customer service, and community development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit and maintain policies, procedures, and guides.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with housing sector regulations and standards.
  • Manage content across systems for easy accessibility.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and subject matter experts.
  • Translate complex policies into simple tools for staff confidence.

Requirements for Success

  • Relevant degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
