The Position
We are looking for an Independent Commercial to develop our client portfolio. Your main mission: identify, prospect, and sign new clients for Misaina's digital transformation services. This is a position compensated 100% by commission – you receive a percentage of each client you sign. There is no fixed salary. Your income is directly linked to your results.
Your Missions
- Prospect and identify potential clients (SMEs, entrepreneurs, organizations) in need of digital transformation support.
- Clearly and convincingly present Misaina's offers (No-code, Low-code, Code) to non-technical decision-makers. See our launch rates: https://misaina.notion.site/nos-tarifs
- Develop relationships with prospects through various channels (LinkedIn, email, events, recommendations).
- Qualify leads and understand client needs to recommend the appropriate Misaina solution.
- Negotiate and close sales, guiding the prospect from the first contact to contract signature.
- Transfer signed clients to the Misaina delivery team with clear context on scope and expectations.
- Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and market feedback.
Profile Required
- Commercial mindset – you are motivated by results and closing sales.
- Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus).
- Understanding of digital transformation, no-code/low-code concepts, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Existing network among SMEs, entrepreneurs, or organizations – this is a major asset.
- Autonomous and proactive – you don’t wait for leads, you create them.
- Comfortable with remote work and digital tools (Notion, LinkedIn, email prospecting).
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting is a plus.
