Your Opportunity

As the face of our LIV community, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and stakeholders. Gain hands-on experience in administration, customer service, and property operations while supporting our on-site team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome customers, residents, and visitors.
  • Manage front-of-house operations and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, digital platforms, and in person.
  • Support leasing and property teams with administration, documentation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and welcome packs.
  • Assist with events, communications, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor and allocate customer queries for timely resolution.
