About the Project

This role is for a next-generation digital engagement platform integrating Aqua, a cloud-based outbound communication solution. The solution focuses on SMS, Email, and WhatsApp channel integrations using modern, cloud-native technologies on the Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using React, JavaScript, jQuery, and custom design system.
  • Collaborate with back-end and full-stack developers in a small Scrum team.
  • Implement user-facing features for outbound communications such as appointment reminders and marketing notifications.
  • Work within the GCP environment utilizing Datastore, BigQuery, GCS Buckets, and Pub/Sub.
  • Participate in API-level enhancements and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate with international digital teams, including overlap with Australia.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with React, JavaScript, jQuery and custom design systems.
  • Familiarity with GCP services like Datastore, BigQuery, GCS Buckets, and Pub/Sub.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous architectures.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating across time zones.
  • Flexibility in working hours for international team coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive technical attitude.
