This initiative is part of a next-generation digital engagement platform aimed at transforming customer connections across multiple channels through the integration of Aqua - an advanced outbound communication solution.

Technical Stack

The project leverages a modern GCP stack with Java Spring Boot backend and a front-end built in React, jQuery, and JavaScript, integrated with an in-house design system. It uses GCP services like Datastore, BigQuery, GCS Buckets, and Pub/Sub, following an asynchronous REST-based design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using React, JavaScript, jQuery, and a custom design system.
  • Collaborate with back-end and full-stack developers in a small Scrum team.
  • Implement user-facing features for outbound solutions including appointment reminders and marketing campaigns.
  • Work within the GCP environment and utilize its various services.
  • Participate in API-level enhancements and agent-level improvements.
  • Coordinate with the digital team in Australia to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with React, JavaScript, jQuery, and custom design systems.
  • Familiarity with GCP services such as Datastore, BigQuery, GCS Buckets, and Pub/Sub.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous architecture.
  • Ability to work in a small Scrum team and across time zones.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours for international collaboration.
