About the Project

Join the team revolutionizing customer experiences for a global leader in cloud contact center software. The project features a next-generation digital engagement platform integrating Aqua, an advanced outbound communication solution, across SMS, email, and WhatsApp channels.

Technical Environment

  • Modern Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack including Datastore, BigQuery, GCS Buckets, and Pub/Sub.
  • Backend built on Java Spring Boot, Frontend using React, jQuery, and JavaScript integrated with a custom design system.
  • Asynchronous REST-based architecture focusing on scalability and real-time communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using React and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with back-end and full-stack developers in a Scrum team.
  • Implement user-facing features for outbound notifications and engagement tracking.
  • Work within the GCP environment and integrate multiple communication channels.
  • Coordinate with international teams, especially in Australia.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, jQuery, and custom design systems.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous architectures.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate across time zones.
  • Flexibility in work hours for international team coordination.
