About the Role: Technical Recruiter at Mirage
Mirage is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, navigating complex negotiations and building the elite teams that drive our mission. You will be responsible for the full candidate journey, ensuring a thoughtful, high-touch experience for every person you engage.
Responsibilities:
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from inception of candidate contact through offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate a strong pipeline of elite technical talent.
- Partner closely with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent with a high degree of precision and accuracy.
- Contribute meaningfully to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent.
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction wherever possible.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/ or product positions across varying levels of seniority (individual contributors and leadership roles).
- Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, world-class talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively partner with individuals at all levels within an organization.
- Track record of providing an authentic, meaningful, and high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Entrepreneurial minded, inherently self-motivated, and a relentless work ethic with a track record of exceeding performance goals and recruiting KPIs.
