About the role
Procure to Pay Trainee - Master Data Management
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of master data, a critical component for seamless purchasing and accounting operations globally. You will support the Master Data Management department by providing clear instructions to hotels and the Shared Services Center in Delhi. Your efforts will help enforce a consistent methodology for incident management across all business units, driving global solutions while accommodating local requirements. You will ensure all NH users strictly adhere to established MDM processes and procedures, manage urgent and exceptional cases through internal ticketing tools, and support internal escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of Master Data through data creation, validation, and updates following established MDM procedures.
- Assist in monitoring and resolving incidents related to Procure to Pay processes, ensuring timely follow-up via internal ticketing tools.
- Collaborate with hotels and the Shared Services Center to ensure correct application of global MDM guidelines, offering support and clarification.
- Contribute to process standardization by identifying recurring issues and supporting the implementation of consistent solutions across Business Units.
- Support the management of urgent or exceptional cases, escalating incidents when necessary and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports and basic analyses to support process control, data quality monitoring, and informed decision-making.
