What you will do
As a Talent and Career Development Advisor, you will guide employees and teams in their professional growth. Your tasks include:
- Conducting career and talent interviews and guiding employees in development and mobility choices.
- Developing and guiding customized trajectories focused on growth, talent development, and sustainable employability.
- Advising managers on career paths, development opportunities, and strategic personnel development.
- Analyzing talent and career issues and contributing to the improvement of HR tools and practices.
- Strengthening collaboration within the HR chain and maintaining networks to increase knowledge sharing and development opportunities.
Who you are
You are a people-oriented, analytical HR professional with a coaching attitude. You can listen well, ask probing questions, and connect people. You move easily between individual support, team dynamics, and policy development.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HBO level).
- Experience with career advice, coaching, talent development, or HR advisory.
- Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset.
- Insight into HR processes, sustainable employability, and development methodologies.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to translate issues into concrete actions.

- Maximum hours per week: 38.

The section provides HR advice to the management of the KMAR Staff and advises and supports the Commander of the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee on HR issues. An important goal is to ensure a “well-staffed organization”, for which ensuring the smooth running of entry, progression, and exit processes is crucial.
