Overview

The Ministère de la Justice is embarking on an ambitious digital transformation to create a more accessible and efficient justice system. Join the digital department to help develop the ministry as a major player in digital administration.

Role Description

As the Responsable DevSecOps, you will lead the 2SA division. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD automation systems. Reporting to the bureau ESP, you play a key role in transforming digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy of the division and determine human resource needs.
  • Oversee projects ensuring deadlines, risk management and quality.
  • Validate and implement action plans while communicating internally and externally.
  • Control the implementation of security policies.
  • Pilot the CI/CD chain and standardize automation norms.
  • Assist in managing commercial partners (integrators, builders).

Work Conditions

Occasional non-office hours work may be required, participation in on-call duty (level 3), and the position requires a Confidential Defense clearance.

Required Skills

Managerial: Team leadership, meeting facilitation, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication.

Administrative: Report and dashboard development, strong writing skills.

Technical: Mastery of DevOps containerized environments, Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps CI/CD tools (GitLab, Nexus, ArgoCD, Vault), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, EK), Agile methods (Confluence, Jira), Cloud infrastructures (IAAS, CAAS), ITIL processes, and agile project management.

Desired Qualities

Open-minded, initiative, recognized technical leadership, strong negotiation and meeting management, excellent report writing, and proficiency in professional English.

Qualifications & Experience

Engraduated from an engineering school or equivalent and proven experience in a similar role.
