Role Overview

The Business Development Representative Europe role at MinIO focuses on developing outbound sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leveraging technical tools to generate leads and convert them into commercial opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Leverage MinIO’s intelligence systems to identify prospects and generate leads.
  • Convert open source users into commercial customers.
  • Attract new enterprise customers to the MinIO value proposition.
  • Craft personalized emails and email sequences for engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Utilize technology tools (SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach) to track progress and interactions.

Your Skills And Experience

  • 3-5 years in the software industry with focus on data infrastructure SaaS.
  • Outstanding writing and phone communication skills, engaging C-level executives.
  • Creative problem-solving and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in email sequencing and digital communication tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Software, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
