As the People Partner you will work collaboratively with our teams to support with all aspects of the employee life cycle.What Will You Do?
- Be a partner to the business operations teams while providing best in class Human Resources (HR) advice and support.
- Work closely with the HR Leadership team and support in the development and execution of our People strategy, acting as a conduit for information between the business and HR leadership.
- Ensure hiring plans are executed by working with the talent acquisition team to execute full cycle recruitment.
- Communicate with coordinators to ensure business transactions are completed, new hires are onboarded and HRIS entries (UKG) are completed and audited.
- Work directly with leaders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for the People & Culture team to provide support.
- Drive strategic discussions with leadership teams on workforce planning, productivity, employee relations and team engagement.
- Advise and coach leaders when managing employee relation issues within their teams and people related metrics.
- Coach managers on performance management processes such as performance reviews, ongoing development discussions, and performance improvement plans.
- Support with internal investigations and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Identify improvements to existing policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s growth and business initiatives.
- Communicate People & Culture policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
What Will You Need?
- Human Resources Education (Diploma/Certificate/Degree) with 5-8 years related and progressive experience in Human Resources in multistate environments within the US.
- Experience within a broad range of HR functions, managing full-cycle recruitment, investigations, performance management, and leadership partnering.
- Ability to initiate and build collaborative and strong partnerships with Operations.
- Proven experience and patience to build relationships with business leaders to elevate the service level expectations and experience.
- Natural communicator that thrives within a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Adaptability with comfort living in the grey and the ability to take other’s perspectives and objectives into consideration. Executing our day-to-day work can be a sprint but achieving our goals and executing our strategy is a journey.
- Fluent and proficient working with technology applications and data, especially excel and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
