For over 14 years, we have simplified processes such as sourcing, marketing, and billing for 2000+ mental health providers and over 20,000 patients weekly across 17 locations and via Telehealth.

About the Role

The Client Success Manager Sales Representative, also known as the Onboarding Specialist, works at our Mountlake Terrace Headquarters. This role is the primary point of contact for new mental health professionals during their onboarding process, helping them navigate practice management fundamentals, technology systems, and relationship building. The specialist is expected to document interactions, drive improvements, and support early-stage training while fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contact for provider partners during onboarding processes.
  • Log all interactions using CRM and communication tools.
  • Set and track completion expectations with providers.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to enhance provider experience.
  • Enroll providers in practice management trainings and community events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of sales experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of team management or leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.

Job Details

This is a full-time, fully on-site position with a salary range of $60,000-$75,000/year plus commission bonus opportunity.
