Community Liaison Business Development and Partnerships
Mindful Care helps individuals access same-day and next-day mental health care, reducing the long wait times that often prevent people from receiving the support they need. We are looking for a Community Liaison (Business Development & Partnerships) to help grow our referral relationships across New York and New Jersey.
This role is ideal for someone with social worker and/or relationship-driven business development experience that enjoys building partnerships to improve access to mental health services. LCSW or LMSW is strongly preferred.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Community Relations, you will represent Mindful Care and develop strong relationships with physicians, therapists, healthcare organizations, schools, and community partners.
What You'll Do
- Build referral relationships with physicians, primary care providers, therapists, and healthcare organizations
- Conduct outreach through email, meetings, presentations, conferences, and networking events
- Educate partners on Mindful Care services and referral pathways
- Identify new partnership opportunities across NY and NJ
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support growth initiatives
- Track outreach activity and referral performance
What You'll Bring
- LCSW or LMSW strongly preferred
- 2+ years in healthcare outreach, physician relations, community liaison, sales, or business development preferred
- Experience working with physicians or healthcare organizations
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a regional territory and travel when needed throughout NY/NJ
- Reside within the NYC Metro area
Compensation and Schedule
- Full-Time | Remote (Territory: NYC, Long Island, NJ)
- Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + mileage reimbursement
- Monday–Friday 8am-5pm ET
