About the Role
The Technical Account Manager at Mindbody supports onboarding and configuration efforts for new clients. You will partner with Technical Account Managers, assist on short-term projects, and provide technical support and tangible insights to maximize the use of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and tailored configuration for business goals
- Translate complex product capabilities into actionable solutions
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate communications and manage escalations internally and externally
- Track progress and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing
Experience & Requirements
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing technical support or service role, ideally within a SaaS environment. Project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for breaking down technical concepts for non-technical audiences are essential. Experience with basic SQL, APIs, or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Compensation & Culture
Mindbody offers competitive wages with transparency in pay. The base salary range in the United States is between $55,700 and $66,800 along with performance bonuses, benefits, and other incentives. Playlist fosters an environment of innovation and curiosity and emphasizes diversity and inclusion.
