What You’ll Do

You will:

  • New Business: Strategically prospect and secure new SMB clients.
  • Account Growth: Expand existing accounts via cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales pipelines and deliver forecasts.
  • Customer Relationships: Build trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams like Customer Success and Solution Engineers.
  • Insights & Strategy: Use Salesforce and Gong to track performance and refine strategies.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience with SMB accounts, consultative selling expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong. A background in cybersecurity is a plus. You must be ready to work independently in a fast-paced environment and embrace a hybrid work model at our Lexington, MA office.

Compensation & Benefits

The US OTE for this role ranges between $112,000 and $168,000 plus benefits, reflecting target earnings based on role, level, location, and individual capabilities.
