What You Will Do

We are in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant to work on a part-time, unscheduled basis (estimated to be 8 to 15 hours per month on average), to provide efficient and effective support in a variety of areas:

  • Prepare expense reports
  • Prepare invoices, track client payments and post them in the accounting system in accordance with firm policies
  • Prepare time sheets in accordance with firm policies
  • Manage and maintain required legal paperwork and processes in accordance with firm policies
  • Any other administrative duties including preparing reports, memos and PowerPoint presentations

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional administrative support experience
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or GSD

  • Able to work during East Coast office hours, and adjust schedule to support different time zones
  • Polished and professional demeanor, accustomed to a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
  • Takes ownership of tasks and projects
  • Proactive approach to completing tasks and meeting deadlines, innate sense of urgency
  • Flexible approach to prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organization
  • Service team player, no task is too big or too small

Location

This is a remote position, based in the United States. The expected application deadline for this job is March 1, 2026.

Compensation

The overall pay range for this role is $35.00 - $56.00 an hour. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.

For Candidates Residing In

Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the pay range is $35.00 - $56.00 an hour.All other locations, the pay range is $30.00 - $49.00 an hour. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
