What You'll Do
- Host engaging TikTok Shop livestreams showcasing various consumer products.
- Actively engage with viewers in real time to drive significant sales conversions.
- Present products with clarity, authenticity, and high energy.
- Work consistently toward achieving weekly sales goals.
- Collaborate closely with our team, incorporating feedback for continuous performance improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- An active TikTok creator, with a preference for prior livestreaming experience.
- Familiarity with the TikTok Shop platform is essential.
- Comfortable speaking confidently on camera for sessions lasting 2+ hours.
- Possesses strong communication skills and maintains high on-camera energy.
- Reliable, professional, and results-oriented.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, acting, or content creation is a significant advantage.
- Be aware that some sessions may require in-person setup at a designated location.
Compensation & Growth
This role offers a competitive base pay ranging from $15 to $45 per hour, determined by your experience level. In addition to the hourly wage, you will earn commission based on your sales performance, providing a direct incentive for achieving targets. Top performers will have opportunities for increased hours and access to more brand collaborations. We also provide ongoing coaching and training to support your continuous professional development.
