About the role

E-Commerce Operator Opportunity (Automotive Aftermarket)

Midwest Tread is seeking a high-level e-commerce operator to take control and scale the online side of our brand. We have a strong in-person business in wheels, tires, lift kits, and accessories, but the e-commerce side is underdeveloped and ready for growth. This is a performance-based operator role with significant upside, not a traditional job.

What’s in place:

  • Established brand (Midwest Tread)
  • Supplier relationships and product access
  • Existing website, foundation, and automation
  • Proven in-person sales model

What you would control:

  • Marketing (Meta, Google, social media, funnels)
  • Pricing strategy
  • Product mix and growth strategy
  • Day-to-day e-commerce operations

Structure (designed for serious operators):

  • Performance-based profit share (majority to operator)
  • Modest monthly platform fee based on profit share
  • Operator-funded ad budget (controlled and scaled by the operator)
  • Small initial commitment capital required (aligned, structured, and fully refundable based on performance milestones)

What I’m looking for:

  • Proven experience scaling an e-commerce/social media brand
  • Strong understanding of paid ads and conversion
  • Data-driven operator who knows their numbers and works off of data
  • Ideally, automotive aftermarket experience (not required)

Bigger vision:

This is phase one. The goal is to build a scalable model that expands into regional brands (e.g., Southern Tread, East Coast Tread, West Coast Tread) with the right operators. You can run one or run all.

If you’re someone who wants real control, real upside, and to build something meaningful — let’s talk. We are starting conversations now while finalizing the rollout.
