About the Role

The VP of Product role defines and leads product strategy across Midnite’s verticals including Sportsbook and Gaming. This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the CEO and has a seat at the executive table. You will guide the product roadmap, mentor product managers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead, grow, and mentor product teams across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, design, and data teams.
• Align product goals with company OKRs and ensure rapid delivery.
• Champion user-obsessed culture and iterative product improvement.
• Represent product strategy to partners, investors, and internally.
• Empower teams while owning high-level decision making.

Requirements & Experience

Candidates should have 10+ years of product experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role. Experience in high-growth, mobile-first consumer environments and familiarity with the betting, gaming, or entertainment sectors is a bonus. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills are essential.
