Overview
Midi Health is the leading virtual care clinic focused on women navigating perimenopause, menopause and other midlife health challenges. As the Senior Manager, Sales Strategy Operations, you will build and scale the infrastructure that empowers our provider-facing teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Architect and operationalize field team processes including territory design and lead management.
- Drive CRM strategy and data infrastructure (HubSpot) for performance insights.
- Collaborate across Growth, Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to scale field operations.
Key Functions
- Sales Operations & Enablement: Define field processes, create playbooks, and manage CRM strategy.
- Data, Insights & Reporting: Own data infrastructure and deliver actionable insights.
- Process & Systems Optimization: Simplify workflows and partner on reporting automation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Support new field team launches and change management.
What You’ll Need
- 5-7+ years in Sales/Revenue/Field Ops
- Proven success scaling field-based teams
- Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data reporting
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: Experience with grassroots, community-based outreach
