What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales goals for automotive services, tires, and repairs.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that builds trust and value.
- Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Coach and train service advisors and technicians on customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Manage daily shop performance metrics in sales and service quality.
- Develop and execute creative promotional initiatives to drive business.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and high-energy shop environment.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales leadership, automotive retail, or customer-facing management.
- A natural ability to motivate teams and lead by example.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive services is helpful.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
