About the Role
The Worldwide Learning Program Manager at Microsoft is responsible for designing and owning innovative learning programs aimed at upskilling technical and productivity workers across the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities

- Oversee program management, define metrics, and manage costs.
- Advise executives and contribute to WWL strategic planning.

Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, management consulting, program design, or related fields. Experience in framework creation, credentialing programs, product strategy, stakeholder management, and defining success metrics is essential. Preferred qualifications require advanced experience and leadership in similar roles.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role in the U.S. varies between USD $96,500 and $188,400 annually, with specific ranges in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
