About Microsoft and the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues.
- Collaborate across teams using troubleshooting tools.

- Identify product defects and escalate for improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory and cloud-based platforms. Experience troubleshooting enrollment, policy deployment, app management and device compliance is essential. Knowledge of Windows 10, iOS, Android, MacOS, networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi as well as remote support tools such as Microsoft Teams and Skype are required.
Language and Security Requirements
Fluency in English is required. Candidates must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet government security screening requirements.
