Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to enhance customer experience through prompt, efficient and effective troubleshooting. In this role, you will work on Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based enterprise mobility management service, ensuring device and app security, compliance and smooth integration with Microsoft services. You will join the Customer Service & Support team to resolve customer challenges, drive process improvements, and support readiness programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute improvement feedback for products and processes.
