About the Role

As a Technical Support Engineer Windows User Experience, youown, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating across teams and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer technical issues using troubleshooting tools.
- Build communities and share technical knowledge.
- Develop technical proficiency through training and readiness programs.
- Identify product defects and escalate to drive improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or IT experience; or a relevant bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of experience. Solid understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop, Registry, File Storage, User Accounts, Event Logs and Auditing, and Networking. Hands-on experience or knowledge in PowerShell/Kusto scripting, Cloud PC/W365, AVD deployment, FSLogix management, RDS deployment, SysInternals Tools, and troubleshooting system management components.

Additional Information
This role offers flexible working up to 50% from home and requires shift flexibility based on business needs. Australian citizenship is required, with background and security clearances as per Microsoft and customer/government standards.
