Role Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer - Windows User Experience within the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, you will own and troubleshoot complex customer technical issues. You will advise customers, collaborate across teams, and leverage troubleshooting tools. This role provides an opportunity to accelerate career growth, enhance technical proficiency and leadership, while mentoring peers and sharing expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Response and Resolution: Investigate and solve complex technical issues.
  • Readiness: Lead community building, technical coaching, and readiness programs.
  • Product/Process Improvement: Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop automation and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include 5+ years of technical support/consulting or a related degree plus 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud or Windows System Administration. Familiarity with Windows system tools, networking fundamentals, PowerShell/Kusto scripting, and cloud-based management (Cloud PC, AVD, etc.) is expected.
